I mean to write more, but I needed to fall back on the new shit cuz honestly, I can’t keep up! I mean, of course I can, but I’m not in this “business” to “keep up”, but rather be aware of the new dope music that’s out. And with the flood of mixtapes, albums, random tracks and such recently (but not like it’s gonna stop any time soon, right?), I feel like I don’t hear music any more. Besides, I got my own music project in semi-full production, I can’t even keep up with it either!
But instead of hitting y’all with each single track or mixtape now, I will try to compile all the music I’m enjoying currently into posts, call them FLU DE SWINE series, cause this music is definately sick as a swine farm full of Mexicans (no offense)! - French Montana remains my guilty pleasure for a long time now, but there’s really something about his flow and style that makes him easy and entertaining to listen. If The Diplomats were still together, he’d probably be getting with them a lot, but then some may have NOT remembered him in the mix. - I am still catching up on the load of mixtapes that the Hot Spitta a.k.a. Curren$y graced the Internets with, while steadily checking out his album, released digitally thru Amalgam Digital (SUPPORT & BUY IT!!). - All of y’all who don’t speak Russian can fall back on this one! Or not! This right here is a Live version of the track Big D (Gunmakaz/Def Joint - St. Petersburg) spit at the “Battle 4 Respect 2” show last week. Now I know why he chose this track and not something more in the mode of the weak-ass irrelevant judges sittin at the show. This is going to be his single off the album, and they just shot a video to it. It’s pretty damn catchy, the beat is ill, and I think I’m gonna go as far as say he’s THE BEST rapper I know outchea.
